The site is managed independently by The Museum of Scottish Lighthouses and Historic Scotland members or Explorer Pass holders do not presently receive free entry to the site, and retail and café discounts are not eligible. 

Opening times

Guided tour only (lasting 45 minutes). 

Tour times: 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm. 

Closures

The wine tower is currently closed for conservation works. 

Adverse weather or other reasons beyond our control may cause a site to close. We advise checking ahead if the forecast is poor or you are making a long journey. Current unexpected and short term closures.
