We have now opened over 20 ticketed sites for you to explore across Scotland.
After what has felt like history’s longest wait, you and your family can now grab a well earned change of scenery at a selection of our safe and secure sites.
It’s a pleasure to welcome you back and we would like to thank you for your patience and perseverance in staying home during this pandemic.
When you arrive at any of our reopening sites, we’ll need to work together to make sure we are all following the rules and staying protected.
So we’ve laid out what these measures will be below. Just so you know what to expect when you get here.
See you soon.
We can only accept advance bookings. Please don’t travel to a site to gain entry without a booking already in place as we can’t currently accept walk up visitors
Following government guidance and just so we can keep everything safe and secure for you, advance online booking is required.
(Carrier pigeons and town criers work too, but the website is preferable.)
Did you know that the average length of a fully grown unicorn is about 2 metres? Well, it’s important to keep at least that far away from our other visitors. No horsing around.
Protecting ourselves might look a little different today to how it did when our castles were built, but it’s still just as important.
Please wash your hands thoroughly before, during and after your visit.
There will be hand sanitising stations located throughout our sites but if you have anti bac hand gel - remember to bring it too.
A suit of armour doesn't always mean there's going to be a battle. So let's not get carried away.
Please be aware of the people around you, give them space and be patient. There's enough time and room for everyone to see everything.
