What to expect on your visit

Cubbie Roo’s Castle is an atmospheric and easy‑to‑explore historic site, set in open countryside on the island of Wyre. One of Orkney’s earliest stone castles, it offers visitors the chance to wander around its low surviving walls and enjoy wide views across the island in a peaceful, unspoilt setting.
