In October 2018, we undertook research that looked at the HES brand awareness among the general population of Scotland along with what key partners and stakeholders think of us.
The research was carried out by TNS and covered the following areas:
- engagement – awareness of the organisations, their role, frequency of dealings
- reputation – favourability of opinion, trust, success and quality of services
- performance – rating the organisations against key areas
- communication – how stakeholders find out about the organisations and use their websites
The findings showed an improvement in almost all areas when compared to the previous survey results, which were undertaken in 2016.Download the report
