Gordon Barclay & Ron Morris have spent years researching the history of the defence of the Firth of Forth, concentrating on the years 1880 to 1977.

Gordon Barclay will summarise the development of the armament of what was called, in 1918, ‘the most powerful naval fortress in the British Empire’. He will also debunk a few myths.
