Discover more about Linlithgow's wildlife, history and landscape with these fun filled sessions featuring many hands on activities at Linlithgow Loch and Peel.

Entry to the palace is not included.

Good to know

  • Meeting Point: Linlithgow Palace (postcode EH49 7AL)
    • Grade: Easy. This route is wheelchair accessible although does involve rough tracks and slopes
  • Age: Aimed at children aged 5 and over, must be accompanied by an adult. Older/younger children also welcome to attend
  • Bring: Warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear with good grips. A snack and a drink. In hot weather bring a hat, sun cream and a drink.
  • Toilets: are available before or after the event in the Burgh Halls. No toilets on the walk itself
  • Parking: Limited space at palace car park. Parking available nearby at Vennel Car Park
  • Dogs are not permitted except assistance dogs
