  • Meeting point: Linlithgow Palace entrance (postcode EH49 7AL)
  • Route: A circular walk around Linlithgow Loch, approximately 2.3 miles in length
  • Grade: Moderate
  • Age: This walk may not be suitable for children under 12 years
  • Bring: Warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear with good grips. A snack and a drink
  • Toilets: Available before or after the event in the Burgh Halls. No toilets on the walk itself
  • Parking: Limited parking avaialble at the palace. Parking available nearby at Vennel Car Park
  • Disabled access: This route is wheelchair accessible although does involve rough tracks and slopes. Please contact the Ranger Service if you have any access requirements and we will do our best to adapt the walk accordingly.
  • Dogs: Dogs are not permitted except assistance dogs
