Delivering the Colleague Engagement Survey is part of our commitment in the People Strategy within the ‘Engaging our People’ pillar, to identify how we can all contribute to continuing to make HES successful.
We want everyone to feel inspired by the vision of HES and recommend the organisation as a good place to work.
We’ve understood from your feedback that we need to have a bigger focus on the People Strategy pillars ‘Lead into the future’ and ‘Release potential’ and we will ensure all of the survey feedback is used to shape next year’s People Strategy implementation plan and individual directorate People Plans have been updated to reflect the feedback given.
