Cross slab fragment
This small grave marker fragment is now fractured along two of its edges. The surviving carvings show that the stone was carved on both sides with Christian imagery. Part of what would have been a cross is visible on one side, decorated with a geometric key pattern. The other side shows robed clerics with books in hand, presumably the Bible. On display at Meigle Museum, Angus.
