Cross slab
Tall and majestic, this Pictish cross-slab may have been erected as part of a bigger structure inside the church at Meigle, Angus. Projections from the side of the slab suggest that panels may have extended on either side of it. The back of the cross shown here features the salvation of Daniel in the Lions' den. On display at Meigle Museum.
