Scotland’s historic places are inspirational! And over the years we’ve worked with many partners to bring the magic, atmosphere and significance to wider audiences.

If you’ve got a brilliant idea that involves the places we care for or our expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

We welcome approaches from individuals, communities, organisations and businesses who share our values and would like to partner with us.

Here are just some of the ways we work with others:

Trusts and Foundations. Support from grant making bodies can make many of our projects possible. Grants have helped us to create new facilities, conserve our places and collections and provide many new and exciting events and learning opportunities.

Partnerships. Working collaboratively on projects with shared priorities can leverage additional investment for heritage for the benefit of our places and communities.

Our brand licensing programme. We work with a number of carefully selected partners to develop and promote quality products. Royalties generated help to directly fund and support the work we do to investigate care for and promote Scotland’s historic environment. Find out more about licensing our brands.

Unforgettable events. From our many summer events to concerts at castles, corporate dinners to outdoor theatre, we love to put on a show at Scotland’s iconic places. Our historic settings have created lasting memories for millions of people. Find out about using our venues.
