Board Members Sought for Historic Environment Scotland

Scottish Ministers are looking for two new members to join the Board of Historic Environment Scotland (HES).

The new members will work alongside Chair Jane Ryder and the board to champion and enhance Scotland’s diverse historic environment.

Historic Environment Scotland was formed in October 2015 and is the lead public body for the historic environment in Scotland, playing a key role in delivering the Scottish Government’s Historic Environment Strategy Our Place in Time.

Applications are sought specifically from people with experience of finance, audit and risk who want to contribute to the development of the new organisation and feel they have the skills required.

The closing date is 1st July, with post holders appointed for up to 4 years.

Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design 2016
