Our policies span our activities, functions, strategies, programmes, services and processes. The Equality Impact Assessment Record enables us to consider how our policies may impact on anyone with any protected characteristics. Such protected characteristics include those defined by the Equality Act 2010. The EQIA Record helps us consider all such potential impacts, whether positive or negative.
