Overview

This downloadable brochure presents four European cooperation projects, for which Historic Environment Scotland and its predecessors received funding for from the European Union between 2010 and 2017.

The projects include:

  • Adapt Northern Heritage (2017-2020)
  • Advanced Limes Applications (2016-2016)
  • ArchaeoLandscapes Europe (2010-2015)
  • The EFFESUS project (2012-2016)

These four projects have received, or are receiving, funding from the European Union through its Creative Europe programme (2014-2020), Culture programme (2007-2013), Interreg Programme for the Northern Periphery and Arctic, and Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstration (2007-2013).

The projects are also funded by the project partners, and the Adapt Northern Heritage project also receives funding from Iceland and Norway.

The brochure also lists European cooperation projects in which Historic Environment Scotland has participated as an advisor, participant or supporter.
