Overview
Hadrian's Wall and the German frontier are now both part of a new World Heritage Site, the Frontiers of the Roman Empire. This booklet sets out these frontiers - and the Antonine Wall, the third artificial frontier in Europe - into their empire-wide context. The text is in English, German, French and Arabic.
