Overview

Electric radiant heating panels were installed at Scotstarvit Tower Cottage following extensive refurbishment to improve the building’s energy efficiency and replace the existing oil fired wet-heating system. This report outlines the study that was carried out to assess the performance of the new heating system and considers the methods used, results obtained and the conclusions that can be drawn from the analysis.
