Refurbishment Case Study 4
Overview
The principle aim of the project described in this case study was to explore upgrades to the walls in six tenement flats at a property in Glasgow. This was done in order to demonstrate that upgrades to mass masonry walls can both improve the thermal performance whilst retaining the moisture vapour permeability of the building fabric. Six different measures of insulation were trialled at this property.
