Improving Access Project Evaluation Report and Executive Summary

Overview

This report provides an evaluation of research into the cultures, processes, and structures that discriminate people from the heritage sector’s workforce in Scotland. 

This report helps us understand how the sector can support transformative change. The University of Nottingham and The Enabled Archaeology Foundation supported Historic Environment Scotland’s Access to Work Project by producing an overarching evaluation report from individual evaluation reports commissioned by HES over the duration of the period.
