This report, commissioned by Our Past, Our Future: The Strategy for Scotland's Historic Environment, maps the climate action training provision available to the historic environment sector in 2026. Findings were informed by desk-based research, stakeholder questionnaires and interviews. 

The report identifies key skills gaps and opportunities to strengthen climate capability across the sector.
