External Consultation: Programme for Extending Permitted Development Rights in Scotland and Sustainability Appraisal 2020

Overview

Within this consultation report, we note the proposed Work Programme, including the proposed phasing and groupings and look forward to early engagement in the detailed work which will be progressed to develop proposals to extend permitted development rights for the 16 development types. We consider that the environmental assessment provides a useful basis on which to further explore the potential effects and mitigation of the many alternatives available and will be key to an informed, iterative ongoing process.
