Historic Environment Scotland (HES) has entered into an agreement with TPXimpact Ltd to develop a new digital platform and under the current Data Protection legislation, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you which is then shared with TPXimpact Ltd.
By providing your name and email address you are consenting that we, HES or a member of the TPXimpact team will be in touch to involve you in our testing to help shape the new digital platform and that we will not use your data for anything else. As HES / TPXimpact are processing your data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your data will only be available to a limited number of HES / TPXimpact staff and once the testing has been completed your data will be deleted.
Historic Environment Scotland (HES) recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of the information you provide us.
