This privacy notice is for new sign-ups to receive targeted e-communications on Historic Scotland Retail products, events and promotions produced by Historic Environment Scotland (“HES”). We will process your personal data in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the purpose of you:

• Receiving Historic Scotland Retail Newsletters

• Receiving information about Historic Scotland Retail products

• Receiving information about HES events and promotions

The personal information HES will collect will be First name, Surname, email address and postcode. Please note that if you provide the information requested, the lawful basis for collecting and processing it is Consent and by completing the form, you are consenting to HES collecting this information. You can withdraw your consent for HES to process this information at any time by opting out of receiving emails.

By completing this form you acknowledge that:

• HES and Facebook are data controllers

• Facebook will also use the information submitted by you subject to Facebook’s Data Policy

• Facebook may use the data as permitted by its Data Policy including to pre-fill future Instant Forms that you may complete

• If HES has included any custom questions in the data collection form, Facebook does not use that data
