This form is for individual customers who wish to cancel an online order they have made for images from ncap.org within the 14 day distance selling withdrawal period. Please complete all mandatory fields before submitting your request.

Please note that, if you have already clicked on the download link for an image, your right to withdraw your order for that image under the distance selling rules will no longer be available.
