St Andrews Links golf merchandise now available at heritage sites

Golf has been played at St Andrews Links, the Home of Golf, for 600 years. In 1552 Archbishop Hamilton’s Charter recognised the right of the people of St Andrews to play golf at the Links. It has the oldest course in the world, the Old Course. 

Visitors now have the chance to explore a wide range of apparel and golfing accessories, alongside an exclusive collection of St Andrews Links tartan products, created specifically for the Home of Golf and registered with the Scottish Register of Tartans, both online at Stor.scot and at iconic heritage sites such as Edinburgh Castle.   

As a charitable trust, all purchases of St Andrews Links official merchandise contribute towards the maintenance of the golf courses, including the world-famous Old Course.

St Andrews Links Trust is responsible for the management and maintenance of the eight Links courses at St Andrews Links, including the world-famous Old Course.

More than 280,000 rounds are played over the eight courses attracting visitors from around the world to follow in the footsteps of the world’s greatest golfers and become a part of golf’s rich history. As a charitable trust, all surplus derived from the Trust’s commercial activities is reinvested into the preservation of the Home of Golf for current and future generations and to deliver the Trust’s charitable objectives.
