For 200 years, this Stanley Mills harnessed the power of the River Tay to produce textiles. Built in the 1780s, the mill complex was altered many times to keep up with the industry’s changing demands, before it finally closed in 1989.
On this Insight Tour join a member of staff from our Conservation Directorate to hear about the award winning project to conserve the mill complex and make it accessible to the public. Further details and booking details to be released shortly.
The mill is open all weekend as part of National Mills Weekend, please see the event listing for more information.
