If you wish to take part in the competition you will be asked to provide your name and an email address.
Entering the competition is not a requirement to complete the survey.
If you wish to take part in the competition the lawful basis will be consent.
Personal data
To enter the prize draw to win an Amazon voucher with the value of £100, we ask for your name and email address so we can contact you if you win. If you enter the competition, we will also ask you to confirm you are over 18 to meet the requirements of the gambling act 2005.
Third party processing and security of your data
We are using Citizen Space Consultation Hub to provide this. We require Delib, the software company who operate Citizen Space Consultation Hub, like all third parties, to respect the security of your personal data and only permit them to process your personal data in accordance with our instructions for a specified purpose.

Storage of personal data
Information you provide will be stored by Delib and HES.
The personal data will be held on a secure network in HES. The personal data of unsuccessful entrants to the draw will be deleted as soon as the winner has confirmed they accept the prize. The personal data of the winner of the prize draw will be deleted upon confirmation of receipt of the prize.
You have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it, request corrections or removal and object to the processing of it. More information about your rights regarding the personal data we collect from you can be found at the HES Privacy Notice.
