Working with other public bodies

How we work with others in the Key Agencies Group on planning issues, and with planning authorities.

Historic Environment Scotland is part of the Scottish Government Key Agencies Group, all members of which engage closely with the planning system. Various agreements help us to work closely with one another on planning issues.

Joint Working Agreement

Joint working agreements between Historic Environment Scotland and planning authorities set out current working practices and goals for how we work with individual authorities.
