Edinburgh Castle ignites excitement for Castle of Light with special St Andrew’s Day ticket offer

10-year-old Brooke enjoyed an exclusive tour from Castle of Light’s enchanting Ice Queen this week, catching a first glimpse at the dazzling displays set to transform Edinburgh Castle after dark as the UK’s largest annual projection show prepares to open later this month.

A child with blonde hair dressed in a winter hat, scarf and coat stands next to a woman dressed as an ice queen. The ice queen is holding out her hand to the camera and her and the child are looking at each other and smiling. She is dressed in a silver dress with a silver crown and silver hair. Her crown and dress is lit up with blue lights. In the background, there are red and yellow images projected onto a stone castle wall.
